- The Poor & Oppressed, the Church, Theology, Reading, Writing, Photography, the Outdoors, Film...
- What are you up to these days?
- Making my way through a huge stack of books for intended summer reading on top of working three jobs this summer as well as taking an internet World Literature course through the local community college. Add to this, trying to figure out what it means to follow Jesus in all of my brokenness and confusion.
- What's your educational background? (Major/B.A./B.S./M.A./PhD.)
- Currently working on a B.A. in Religious Studies at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA.
- If you were a color, what color would you be? Why?
- Dark Green
- What is the greatest invention in the past 100 years? Why?
- We've invented too many things in the past 100 years.
- What is your favorite place on earth?
- Right now, probably Zion National Park in Southern Utah, USA. But considering I haven't travelled as extensively as some in this world, I'm sure there are some pretty cool places on this planet.
- What makes you laugh?
- Tide Pens.
- What makes you cry?
- The fact that my family owns 8 TV-ish screens, 7 computers (two which don't work, or aren't in use), 9-10 iPods, and 3 refrigerators, plus the fact that I'm having to cut this list off short because honestly it probably isn't worth my brain power to compute how much 'stuff' we have.

A Franciscan Blessing:
May God bless you with discomfort at easy answers,
Half truths, and superficial relationships,
So that you may live deep within your heart. Amen.
May God bless you with anger at injustice,
Oppression, and exploitation of people,
So that you may work for justice, freedom and peace. Amen.
May God bless you with tears to shed for those who suffer from pain,
Rejection, starvation and war,
So that you may reach out your hand to comfort them and to turn their pain into joy. Amen.
May God bless you with enough foolishness to believe
That you can make a difference in the world,
So that you can do what others claim cannot be done. Amen.
And the blessing of God, who Creates, Redeems and Sanctifies, be upon you
And all you love and pray for this day, and forevermore. Amen.
